HOWLING JACKALS

Howling Jackals  was created as part of the PILOT artist in residence program with Backbone Youth Arts in 2022.

Taking inspiration from the climate crisis, art history and the biblical books of Micah and Revelation, this exhibition explored the role of classical art imagery in religious belief. Against these classical references are visual interpretations of  the texts of Micah and Revelation. The exhibition is installed with anaglyph glasses and lights that switch between red and blue to respond to the visual effects of the works.
